Edwards Lifesciences Territory Manager THV in Wien, Austria

Drives business in own territory within portfolio of own business unit through selling to existing customers as well as new customers. Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • • Good knowledge of the core strengths and limitations of assigned BU products and competitor productsx000D • Understands BU strategy, selling model, medical devices industry and selling environment of own territoryx000D • Develops knowledge of assigned customer organizations and their challenges, and/or those of prospective customersx000D • Good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business • • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexityx000D • Contributes and implements to process improvements • • Works in collaboration with manager and more experienced colleaguesx000D • Work is performed independently on more complex projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness • • Develops and executes short-term territory plan to achieve territory objectives • • Understands customer needs and explains EW product features compared to competitor offeringsx000D • Builds productive internal and external relationships and ongoing interactions with relevant customer contactsx000D • Utilizes influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy • Other incidental duties

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 3 years years experience of progressive sales experience Required and medical devices industry experience Required

Additional Skills: • Good knowledge of the core strengths and limitations of assigned CC products and competitor products • Understands CC strategy, selling model, medical devices industry and selling environment of own territory • Develops knowledge of assigned customer organizations and their challenges, as well as those of prospective customers • Good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment • Strict attention to detail • Understands customer needs and explains EW product features compared to competitor offerings • Builds productive internal and external relationships and ongoing interactions with relevant customer contacts • Utilizes influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
