Edwards Lifesciences Sr. Rep, Bids & Tenders in Wien, Austria

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Tender application, tracking, document collation and shipment

  • Create Bids in cooperation with Sales Rep´s and Business Unit Manager

  • Resolve Bids & Tenders activities including investigating, reporting and performing root cause analysis

  • Support and assist product launches and projects

  • Calculate Yearly, Quarterly Rebate in cooperation with Finance

  • Respond to customer data requests (external)

  • Populate pre-qualification questionnaires

  • Complete customer and GPO reporting

  • Price Management in ERP System (JDE) and Price Book Management in SFDC

  • Participation moderately complex one time projects aiming for improving the quality of service and effectiveness of customer service department

  • Other incidental duties as assigned by Leadership

Education and Experience:

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of previous experience with an ERP software (e.g. JDE and SFDC).

  • Bachelor or Master Degree with 2 years of previous experience preferred.

  • 2 years of experience with tenders, offers, contracts.

Additional Skills:

  • Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German) and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English, French not required but would be an asset)

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Moderate knowledge on healthcare environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to resolve difficult situations

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive communication and providing solution opportunities

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

  • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
