Edwards Lifesciences Logistic Technical Support in Unterschleissheim, Germany

Provide physiological model set up, trouble shooting, maintenance in additional to logistical support

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide logistics support including ship items for training managers within internal and external programs

  • Manage training material, simulator inventory and arrange maintenance when required

  • Set up and, trouble shoot physiological models, simulator and educational tools

  • Attend congress to support the setup, maintainers and dismantle of the training tools

  • Other incidental duties

Education & Experience:

  • Technical Degree or equivalent required

  • Experience working on setting up and dismantling simulators required

Additional Skills:

  • Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Moderate understanding of physiological models and related equipment and training tools

  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting

  • Ability to identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing using standard procedures

  • Ability to read and understand procedures, drawings, schematics and carry out basic instructions

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
