Key Responsibilities:











General Paralegal Duties:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate basic business contracts. Review trademark statements and other external legal statements. Partner with business units

• Review and approve contracts through ECLM, maintain the system

• Conduct research and moderately complex analysis of legal issues

• Create original contracts and their pdf copies, and maintain them

• Obtain, update and maintain corporate registration, articles of incorporation and other public legal documents

• Conduct, prepare, and keep records of internal legal training


• Manage schedules, business trips, internal/external meetings, communicate with internal business clients and external vendors as needed within the area of specialization

• Process invoices and expenses, procure office supplies, and other administrative duties

Education and Experience:

法学部または法科大学院卒で、かつ企業勤務 1 年以上。あるいは、法学部または法科大学院卒でない場合は、法律事務所(パラリーガル職)または企業法務部に勤務 5 年以上。

Bachelor's Degree of Law Department of University/College or LL.M. with 1 year of related work experience Required; or 5 years of work experience in a law firm as a paralegal or in a law department of a company Required

Additional Skills:

・Microsoft Word、PowerPoint、Excel(関数・マクロは不要)による文書・資料作成




• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

• Native or Advanced communication skills in Japanese

• Good ability to read, write and speak English

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Strict attention to detail

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
