Role Purpose:

You, as the EMEA UR Specialist, will be working on implementing effective methods and processes to attract, source, and hire the most qualified Univeristy talents for internships and full time roles part of our regional University Programs.

Partnering with Recruiters HR Partners and Hiring managers, will be a key player in the execution of university-level recruiting efforts, managing internal and external relationships with target universities, key faculty, professors, administration and student organizations.

You need to be comfortable to manage program design and execution and communication strategies & tools to maximize Ew univesity talent outreach while providing an extraordinary experience to early career talents

Position is based preferably in Czech Republic and Germany

Job Functions :

Optimize recruiting/talent acquisition University projects to meet the organization’s talent needs

  • Build and maintain a thorough understanding of Edwards core businesses, org structure and overall industry knowledge.

  • Build and maintain awareness of recruiting early in career talent and the changing landscape of the university talent profile and consistently educate and influence stakeholders.

  • Partners with Hiring stakeholders to develop a recruiting plan for early career talents, including the understanding of department needs, successful candidate profile, target list of schools and target universities,

  • Develop and Maintain annual campus recruitment calendar and university events

  • Work with TA leaders to understand University hiring metrics, goals and strategies to fill key roles

Execute the most effective on campus on-going hiring process for early in career talent

  • Relentlessly network to build and leverage key contacts at universities and develop relationships with key faculty, career center staff, student groups and diversity organizations

  • Coordinate and execute University recruiting event, career fairs, and campus interviews (club meetings, networking events, Info sessions, final round recruiting efforts)

  • Develop early career pipeline for internship, rotational programs and direct hire in collaboration with Recruiters and hiring stakeholders

  • Manage Edwards University Events through the Edwards University Recruiting platform (plan and advertise events, communicate with stakeholders and potential candidates).

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including:- Creating and managing job postings on campus career centers,- Scheduling intake meetings with managers to understand needs,- Conducting candidate screenings,- Assisting with the interview process with hiring managers,- Providing hiring recommendations to managers, including salary recommendations,- Extending candidate offers,- Ensure timely entry of candidate records and details and consistently maintain data integrity- Tracking, managing, and reporting University Metrics,- Partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to facilitate the onboarding process.

Manage communications and branding material and messaging for campus recruitment events that position Edwards to be an employer of choice for new graduates

  • Managing external communications to promote events and job postings

  • Focusing on candidate and employee experience

  • Training Edwards campus representatives and Edwards Hiring Managers to effectively and appropriately select, screen and interview candidates

  • Determining appropriate branding material and messaging per event, while staying in line with EW branding guidelines

  • Promoting program value proposition and involving University community and hiring managers

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field is required

  • At least 3 years progressive responsibility in Recruitment, HR, with a strong preference on university recruiting, event management, and employer branding

  • A combination of other recruitment and HR related experiences, specifically with leading projects or event planning logistics and implementation, may also be considered.

  • Strong interpersonal & emotional intelligence coupled with highly articulate, well-developed, effective communication skills to work successfully with diverse groups of people

  • Experience in interviewing, negotiating and closing offers and interest in recruiting at a variety of universities. Ability to travel 25% of the time.

  • Strong consultative, decision making, influential and collaborative interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management, program and project management skills, attention to detail and planning management.

  • High degree of independent decision making & problem-solving capability.

  • Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.) and able to work in a fast pace, matrix and complex multi-tasking environment, (manage multiple projects and/or events simultaneously) while planning for upcoming events/projects,

  • Digital native person with knowledge of major Applicant Tracking System (i.e. TALEO/Workday)

  • Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement - other EU languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch) a strong advantage
