Edwards Lifesciences Talent Acquisition Representative in Prague, Czech Republic

This position will be a part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team in Prague that supports our Global Talent Acquisition function. It is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a part of a true global function within a company that is experiencing substantial growth.

  • Create, and post requisitions in applicant tracking system (ATS) (e.g Workday)

  • Execute and generate the offer for new hires

May be responsible for several of the following:

  • Export and format recruitment surveys results into spreadsheet

  • Complete search firm agreement template and obtain appropriate signatures

  • Generate report from Workday and create pivot tables and charts for predefined recruitment metrics and update into PowerPoint

  • Generate multiple weekly requisition reports from Workday into spreadsheet and distribute to respective recipients

  • Monitor and respond to routine requests/inquiries from GTA hotline and mailbox

  • Provide reports to other HR functions in regards to equity awards and new employee orientation

  • Provide support in Workday administration including responding to tier 1 incidents

  • Process and track invoices/POs

  • Post requisitions on external job postings

  • Monitor and replenish inventory of giveaways


  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 2 years of previous related Human Resources experience required. Experience with Workday is a plus.

  • Good computer skills including MS Office Suite and other systems including HRIS, ATS, and expense/travel system

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English

  • Must be able to work in a team environment under minimum supervision
