Edwards Lifesciences Talent Acquisition Programs Coordinator ( 2 years Contract) in Prague, Czech Republic

The purpose of the EMEA TA Coordinator role is to provide expert support to the Regional Global Talent Acquisition function, in regards to TA vendors & contract management, data reporting, TA content management, systems and processes implementation.

The role will work closely with TA leader and recruiters to improve TA effectiveness and create a great candidate experience end-to-end (posting job requisitions, candidate logistic coordination, offer generation and onboarding).

We offer a 2 years opportunity to replace an Employee on leave of absence.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting TA Operations on Applicants tracking system:

  • Working with and in partnership with Recruiter and HR Partner confirming job requisition information and partner with TA lead to assign primary recruiter roles to the posting before submitting to the appropriate recruiter.

  • Partners with recruiters to review offers with appropriate verbiage before sending to candidate. Needs the understanding of overall EMEA country specific offers.

  • Initiates background checks and communicate with Country HR partner until candidate is cleared to “hire”.

TA Programs support

  • Administrative support on regional /global TA projects as required

  • TA systems and process improvement and implementation

  • TA providers Contract management (legal review, follow Edwards internal )

  • Purchase orders and invoice management for Talent Acquisition variable spending

  • Liaise with /Controllers/Finance for monthly TA funding charge back and reclassification

  • TA team calls/meetings (agenda and arrangements)

  • Contribute to documents and deliverables preparation for Talent Acquisition activities and events

  • Job fair logistic Coordination (booking, meeting room, shipment coordination with career center, printing, visual and marketing materials)

Recruiting logistic

  • Interview scheduling (placeholder, liaising with candidates and interviewers)

  • Candidate Travelling arrangements (flight, accommodation)

  • Candidate expenses reimbursement

Data management & Analytics:

  • Ad hoc progress reports, dashboards, action log, task force calls for specific Talent hiring initiatives (tailored for the specific BU/Function)

  • Administering and maintaining EMEA TA contents on Edwards sharepoint, & Edwards myHR platform for people leaders

  • Monthly / quarterly TA KPI (pulling data and deck preparation)

  • Effective Recruitment survey management: pulling data, building reports and deck for communication

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree of HR field of study and a minimum of two years related HR experience.

  • Excellent written and spoken English. Fluency in another EU language is a plus.

  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office and other systems including HRIS, ATS and expense/travel systems. Experience with Workday is a plus

  • Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal relationship skills are a must

  • Excellent organizational skills: Able to manage multiple projects in fast paced environment and demonstrate time management and prioritization skills

  • Able to learn quickly and creatively come up with possible solutions

  • Must be result oriented, self-driven with high level of energy, must be able to work in a team environment under minimum supervision
