Edwards Lifesciences Supply Chain Masterdata Analyst in Prague, Czech Republic
As regional Supply Chain Masterdata Analyst you are responsible for maintenance of masterdata related to product distribution within EMEA markets to ensure its full compliance with regulatory & quality requirements. Yo report to regional Supply Chain Sr. Manager and liaise with various regional and global functions such as Supply chain, Regulatory, Marketing, Customer service and Warehousing. You support masterdata maintenance throughout product lifecycle or changes in distribution flows.
Key Job Functions:
Act as admin of global approval tool, to ensure approval requests are done timely to meet high customer service level. Troubleshoot data issues, provide guidance to users to resolve various order or delivery issues.
Maintain product and distribution master data in accordance with Global Supply Chain Organization procedures, policies, guidelines and governance and their implementation in ERP (JD Edwards).
Support maintenance of masterdata for new products launches or changes throughout product lifecycle. Supports changes in distribution flows. -
Participates in various regional and global projects.

Required Education/Skills/Experience :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, Master’s is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of related experience required. Experience in a medical device and/or regulated industry preferred.
In-depth experience working in ERP systems, preferably JDE
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Result oriented. Accurate.
Strong analytical skills utilizing MS Excel and/or QlikView
Capability to work independently and in a geographically dispersed team
Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Adaptability — Ability to react to change in an efficient manner
