Edwards Lifesciences Sr. HR Solutions Manager, Process Improvement in Prague, Czech Republic
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and improving processes and performance including special projects, involving and enhancing service technologies, re-engineering processes, and/or developing/delivering educational programs to the broader staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and plan larger HR projects, initiatives, and activities including leading the implementation of system improvements and integrating new business processes to streamline and automate shared services functions
Lead the evaluation of HR functional and business needs to develop improvement opportunities and deliver strategic solutions to effectively meet business needs that impact sub-functions and/or areas
Oversee complex analyses to support business decisions, provide recommendations for strategic decision-making that affect global HR, and develop innovative approaches to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
Lead special projects including providing inputs to change management, technology, training, and knowledge base content teams to properly sustain and improve operations
Other incidental duties.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field and 12 years of related experience in Human Resources required OR
Master's Degree or equivalent in related field and 10 years of related experience in Human Resources preferred
Additional Skills:
Demonstrated success with lean processes with the ability to drive efficiency and scale without jeopardizing the employee experience
Proven successful project management leadership skills
Experience working in a regulated industry preferred
Proven successful project management leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including data manipulation functions within Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup) and related tools and systems (e.g., Workday preferred)
Experience with Contact Center systems preferred (e.g., ServiceNow)
Demonstrated ability in handling highly sensitive and confidential matters effectively and discreetly
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Recognized as an expert in own sub-function(s) and/or area(s) within the organization with broad-based advanced knowledge within the organization
Expert knowledge of multiple HR Services programs, including design, compliance and legal issues
Expert understanding of related aspects of processes and/or systems
Ability to develop and integrate metrics into projects and operations that clearly demonstrate value to the business
Ability to listen to stakeholders, discover unmet needs, develop strong rapport with audience, and be customer-focused.
Strict attention to detail
Ability to develop peer, cross functional and cross business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness
Ability to provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to successfully implement global solutions
Ability to effectively collaborate and who build strong relationships with HR stakeholders and business leaders
