Edwards Lifesciences Sales Manager TMTT in Prague, Czech Republic

Role Purpose

Establish the TMTT business unit in accession and drives business within portfolio of own unit. Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities. Ensures achievement of sales targets within assigned territory.

Job Functions

  • Build in-depth understanding of the mitral and tricuspid market in the region

  • Anticipates, identifies and interprets trends and implications, applying this knowledge to serve the needs of assigned accounts and the broader business

  • Support Market Access activities in the region

  • Support Market Access activities in the region

  • Mapping market, analysing stakeholders, understanding communication channel, Forecasting

  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices

  • Work is generally self-guided with adherence to established patterns and practice

  • Develops and leads the execution of both short- and long-term territory plan

  • Finds innovative ways to influence the positioning of Edwards overall within the marketplace

  • Contributes to BU management by taking on additional strategic tasks and projects beyond the scope of the own territory

  • Seen as strategic resource to Edwards and customers based on ability to develop innovative, mutually beneficial partnerships and solutions

  • Leads highly complex negotiations involving strategic influence on budgeting process in purchase departments

  • Other incidental duties

Required Skills

  • Deep and broad expertise of entire TMTT product portfolio and competitor offerings

  • Anticipates, identifies and interprets trends and implications, applying this knowledge to serve the needs of assigned accounts and the broader business

  • Expert understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Building relationships, negotiating, communication style, emotinal intelligence
