Edwards Lifesciences Data Management Manager in Prague, Czech Republic
- Establish strategy, objectives and policies for effective data management, data governance, and data accuracy to deliver business value across key functions (e.g., sales, marketing) within the EMEACLA region.
Develop, Plan and lead the continuous development of the operational data management practice
Lead the optimization of the centralized master data management process for Customer master data, HCP master data and Vendor (indirect sourcing) master data for the region in partnership with business data stewards
Lead the implementation and enhancement of regional DQ rules while focusing on data quality improvement
Develop automated solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g., Robotics Process Automation)
Lead the definition and enhancement of business KPIs
Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to the data stewards on daily activities and initiatives
Act a the regional technical lead for the global implementation and maintenance of the MDM tool (Informatica), DQ tool (Informatica) and Data Catalogue (Collibra)
Provide data management insights into regional business needs and challenges to key stakeholders across Business Units and Functions

Desired Skills & Experience:
Deep understanding of MDM tools required
Understanding the key principles of data management
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and related systems
Proven successful project management skills
Recognized as an expert in their own area with specialized depth and breadth of expertise
Expert understanding of related aspects of business systems processes and/or systems
