Because of that we are building a strong and truly globally operating Business Solutions Support team where we are now seeking a passionate support analyst to join us as a Business Solution Support Administrator/Analyst (L2) focused on Salesforce (SFDC) and other integrated systems. Sitting within the Business Solutions Team, you will have a chance to support the entire lifecycle implementation and maintenance of SFDC, by direct user training, support and full administration.
Reporting to the lead of Business Solutions Support unit, this role will encompass both the end-user support, data management and integrations of the system as well as leading small change requests, gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Thereby accelerating sales growth and maximizing the lifetime value of all customer relationships.

Responsible for all L2 support queriesby hands on configuration of all new and existingSFDCfeatures
Responsible for allchange requestsreceived from end users and Business Analysts
Act as a project lead onall supportescalations
Projects support with tasks in integrations, data management, testing and training
Undertake development ofautomation andreporting tools
Guide/mentorthe othercolleaguesin thesupportteam
Support theteamleadwith implementinga tailored and scalableSFDCsolution
Supervise the entiresolutions support documentation and knowledge base
Ownthechange management process for thesupportteamand drive communication across relevant stakeholders
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer science or related field, 4 years experience Experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or related experience Required or
Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer science or related field , 2 years experience related experience Required
Previous experience of user support forSFDCfor Unlimited editions essential (preferably at a multi-dimensional organization) and integrations
SFDCAdministrator accreditation is desirable
Knowledge onSFDCconfiguration including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
Experience with enterprise API tools such as,DataLoader, Excel Connector, etc. is desirable
Experience in the gathering of user requirements and the translation into technical requirements
Motivated self- starter and shows initiative with ability and drive to perform in a very fast-paced environment, able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
A strong team player with good communication skills
Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail.
Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is desirable
Marketoknowledge is a plus
