Edwards Lifesciences Analyst and/Project Manager Sales Strategy&Ops in Prague, Czech Republic

Job Purpose:

  • Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and manages all aspects of the project(s) related to EEMEA Distributors management practices, Commercial Excellence systems and processes improvement, Data Management and sales segmentation to ensure ultimate project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain commercial, distributors, strategy, business intelligence reporting. Develop advanced analytical tools utilizing BI technology solutions. Partner with various stakeholders and software to implement operational metrics dashboards for the Commercial team. Continually improve the user experience for Business Intelligence reports and dashboards

  • Lead different projects, including developing and/or scheduling key milestones, monitoring progress, identify and quantify variance, communication with stakeholders.

  • Contract management and governance of distributors contracts and its terms and conditions. Oversee renewals and distributors evaluation. Define and implement tools to improve contracts management and accessibility to other stakeholders e.g. supply chain, customer service

  • Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned, developing and implementing corrective actions and communication to all stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Substantial understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing project plans

  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Complex data analysis (advanced excel functions, business intelligence tool)

  • Precise and detail-oriented person

  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.

  • Full understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability and adverse events reporting
