Edwards Lifesciences Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapy Development Manager in Nyon, Switzerland
Develop and execute therapy development strategy for TMTT in Europe.
Develop an expert understanding of patient flow dynamics in key markets and look for opportunities to accelerate referrals for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from GCs/HF specialists to ICs for patients who need them.
Design & implement targeted multi-channel campaigns, programs, and other initiatives to accelerate patient referrals, based on regional therapy development strategy.
Monitor/measure local execution of campaigns & events; implement processes for ensuring continuous improvement of ROI
Stay abreast of market dynamics and analytics (market size and trends, competitive situation, reimbursement,…)
Develop deep relationships with key opinion leaders who specialize in SHD in the GC and HF fields
Support local needs of the commercial and clinical teams in alignment with the referral marketing plan, including delivering field training and clinical marketing activities

Education and Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in Cardiovascular space in pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree 10 years years experience of work experience required
Master's Degree or equivalent 8 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing required.
