Edwards Lifesciences THV Business Operations Analyst in Nyon, Switzerland
The Business Ops Analyst will partner with EMEA Support Functions in order to improve support to THV EU, including design, development and deployment of cross function/business projects and tools. The Analyst will also produce executive reports (Pulse, Earnings Call preparation).
Partner with EMEA Support Functions in order to improve support to THV EU
Maintain high level of Partnership with Global Supply Chain (GSC), Finance and IT; continue to identify projects adding value to THV users
Develop partnership with QA in order to improve user friendliness: development of new tools taking THV users’ perspective e.g. for Complaint Reporting, FCA process, etc.
Develop partnership with RA in order to improve alignment on new product launches, creation of new kit models, understanding the implication of changes in regulation, etc.
Lead or collaborate to cross functions/business alignment projects
Optimize discontinuation of old products
Define inventory management rules for launch of new products
Set-up process to improve OTIF (Perfect Order Project) in collaboration with GSC, Customer Service and Sales
Lead selection process of new tools for THV with IT and EU Support Functions
Support Executive Presentations
Monthly Pulse report
Quarterly Earnings Call preparation
Profile and skills
2-5 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain or Project Mgt
