Edwards Lifesciences Critical Care Marketing Trainee in Nyon, Switzerland

Major Job Functions:

The trainee will be working on:

  • Develop an omni-channel marketing communication plan for EU in alignment with Global team

  • Explore new digital opportunities such as AR, VR or other way to increase interactivity

  • Assess and potentially implement an Account Based Marketing platform to optimize lead management

  • Analyze digital best in-class omni-channel practices in the pharma and medtech industry

  • Design a social media strategy incorporating innovative approaches while being compliant

  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities

Required Education/Skills:

Knowledge:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, digital or business

  • 1-2 years marketing digital experience using enterprise digital analytics tools to drive actionable insights preferred (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics…)

  • Social media management experience (ideally in a digital agency)

  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting of results and meaningful patterns and insights

  • Strong reasoning and communication skills necessary to speak with key stakeholders

  • Excellent solo working skills – keeping yourself accountable for both your growth and the quality of your work

  • Robust interpersonal skills – collaborating and supporting the team is a critical success factor

  • Fluent in English and other European languages a plus

  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills

  • Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects

  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Internet) including strong knowledge in website creation, management and analytics. Knowledge and interest in audiovisual content edition for website management is a plus.

  • Structured, analytical thinker, proactive, action and results oriented

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
