Edwards Lifesciences Product Manager-Structural Surgical Heart in North Ryde, Australia
Responsible for the execution of marketing. Initiates the development of marketing materials, plans promotional campaigns and provides support to the field sales force by monitoring trends and market intelligence. Maintains contacts with Supply Chain and Global marketing.
Participate in developing marketing messages based on regional strategies – less independency
Participate in execution & development of strategic plan of product portfolio
Knowledge of current literature and regulatory/legal requirements
Participates in introduction of new products in the market
Participate in development and execution of the production of marketing and product training materials
Executing sales force training (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition)
Lead logistics & organization of relevant internal and external meetings
Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to help inform product launch plans and understand current market environment and competition
Participates in creation competition analysis (market dynamics, product positioning, product/business needs)
Other incidental duties
Carry out all duties in a safety conscience manner

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of work experience or Master’s Degree with 3 year of related experience
• Experience working in sales, marketing or healthcare industry.
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite including but not limited to, Excel Pivot Tables and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
Solid knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics
Solid knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
Proactively gain procedural and product knowledge through all available sources (internal and external as the opportunities arise)
Communicates effectively with strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organisational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work is performed independently on moderately complex projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness
Ability to forecast product lines for short-term and long-term accuracy based on market development, sales trends, competition and changing market dynamics.
Possess a fundamental clinical knowledge related to hospital environment, clinical practice and reimbursement policies
Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
