Drives business in own territory within portfolio of own business unit through selling to existing customers as well as new customers. Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • • Full knowledge of the strengths and limitations of assigned BU products and competitor productsx000D • Develops deeper understanding of own business, medical devices industry and selling environment of own territoryx000D • Full knowledge of account structures and developments in assigned territoryx000D • Full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business • • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problemsx000D • Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements • • Receives limited guidance and direction from manager x000D • May informally train or coach new colleaguesx000D • Work is performed independently on complex projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness • • Develops and executes annual plan to achieve territory objectives x000D • Contributes to development of long-term territory plan • • Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of valuex000D • Utilizes creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy • Other incidental duties

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 5 years years experience of progressive sales experience Required and medical devices industry experience Required

Additional Skills: • Full knowledge of the strengths and limitations of assigned CC products and competitor products • Develops deeper understanding of own business, medical devices industry and selling environment of own territory • Full knowledge of account structures and developments in assigned territory • Full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment • Strict attention to detail • Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of value • Utilizes creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
