Edwards is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Organizational Effectiveness & Innovation team. Our Organizational Effectiveness team is a tight knit internal consulting team responsible for running multiple concurrent projects across Edwards. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact to a wide variety of functional areas within our billion-dollar global organization.

Our Vision for this role:
Consult on system wide, high impact business initiatives, with focus on the people impact to ensure ROI on significant initiatives
Partner with the business to build strategic workforce plans helping to enable Edwards for rapid growth
Lead strategic change management efforts – be the “champion of change”
Lead cross-functional process improvement & refinement to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of processes
Drive organizational assessments and development at the company, functional, and team level
Facilitate the creation of Talent and Org Strategies
Lead Strategic Workforce Planning efforts for critical functions
Role Description / Key Responsibilities
Consult to Sr. Leadership on people impact of strategic or tactical decisions
Lead “people” side of merger integrations
Assess and deliver strategic workforce plans to business units, functions and regions
Consult within HR to deliver continued maturity in HR analytics and reporting
Perform and facilitate business process analysis and improvement activities
Drive “change management” knowledge and capabilities into the organization
Consult to the organization at the company, functional, and team level to identify and manage team alignment and effectiveness projects
Conduct organizational assessments and needs assessments, develop recommendations, and implement solutions that drive improved employee productivity
Lead organizational design efforts at the Business Unit, Region, site and function levels
Experience / Education / Special Requirements
8+ years of consulting experience required
BA required; MS or MBA preferred
Extensive program / project management skills required; strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Strong facilitation and presentation skills required
Strong business acumen required – understanding of the business as the foundation for driving productivity through people
Strong experience using and developing OE tools and methodologies, including change management approaches, team alignment processes, organizational assessment methodologies, communications strategies and tactics, and team and personal work profile assessments
Experience managing complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, as well as approaches to demonstrate ROI and value propositions
Merger and acquisitions experience a plus
Product commercialization experience a plus
Process improvement methodology experience
Travel expectation – 25% (international)
