Edwards Lifesciences Sr Analyst, Logistics, GSC in Namamugi, Japan
Import/Export shipping and customs clearance arrangements
Coordination for timely delivery of urgent shipment by proactively making decision/taking actions and by communication with internal/external stakeholders.
Perform performance management regularly and propose action for improvement based on through analytics
Propose and lead to success execution of cross-functional logistic/supply chain projects
Manage Audit readiness.
Create and maintain procedures (SOP, work instruction, etc) of logistics processes aligning with external and internal Quality management system requirements
Team member development
Provide training and coaching to team members

Must:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience as a specialist of SCM or Logistics, 5years- Experience of cross functional project
Experience as a trainer and/or mentor for less experienced subordinates or project members
Effective communication skill in Japanese, Native or Advanced Business Level
Effective communication skill in English, TOEIC750- Microsoft Office Suite -Word, Excel, Power Point

Lean certificate or equivalent
