Edwards Lifesciences Rep, Customer Svs Sales in Mexico City, Mexico

Provides customer service support to customers utilizing effective relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and resolve more complex customer service activities including answering complaints and inquiries, placing orders, handling returns, and following-up on open orders, collaborating with Quality and Regulatory; under limited supervision

• Correspond and handle product recalls from customers and substitute product

• Process billing adjustments due to pricing and returns including product recalls and support account receivable to ensure completion of delivery

• Monitor orders to ensure the status flow is moving appropriately in JDE

• Communicate with the appropriate department (e.g warehouse) on inventory availability and shipment of orders

• Review and consolidate sales forecast for Planning department

• Perform additional complex administrative duties for Sales Team including making travel arrangement, reporting expenses in travel system (e.g, Concur) ,coordinating international calls, coordinating promotional materials, facilitating rush orders, filing orders, assisting in audits and reconciliations, tracking loaned equipment inventory at customer facilities, visiting hospitals to count or replace inventory

• Review and verify price list, loaned equipment as well as consignment inventory in sales contracts

• Coordinate sales meetings, educational and promotional events

• Issue purchase requisition to initiate purchase order for office supplies

• Administrator of the Sales Team Sharepoint site

• Provide coaching and training to lower level employees

• Other incidental duties (e.g. occasional photo copying or deliveries)

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field , 4 years experience Related experience Required

Additional Skills:

• Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite; ERP systems (e.g JDE)

• Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak Spanish and English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

• Exposure to multi-functional teams and projects of product end use

• Proven experience in performing mathematical analysis

• Substantial knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and applicable requirements

• Good knowledge of product end use

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Ability to complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives

• Strict attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and reprioritize deliverables in response to customer needs

• Must be able to work in a team environment under limited supervision

• Accountable to adhere to applicable Edwards Environmental, Health and Safety and Quality System requirements to ensure our products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

• Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

• Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of all waste generated in the facility according to applicable laws within the waste management program (RCRA). Prepare regulatory and/or internal reports, complete waste determinations, sign waste manifests and coordinate proper training sessions to affected personnel
