Edwards Lifesciences Sr Rep, Sales & Marketing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing as well as composing and typing general correspondence under limited supervision. Coordinate the registration of faulty incoming equipment and delivery of post repair equipment.
Prepare Tender and Bid documentations for sales teams across all business units.
Establish and maintain a proper process for tender documentation recording and tracking of all tender timeline and expiration.
Plan, organize and execute sales & marketing meetings and events, under supervision. Be the coordinator for all meetings and events.
Track all third-party intermediaries’ agreement/contracts from sales agent and distributors. Ensure proper book-keeping of all records and provide renewal reminders.
Use broad range of computer programs to support development of correspondence, presentations, and to perform data entry in support of a department, significant organization (mainly Sales & Marketing activities)
Assist with travel arrangement queries in compliance with existing policies and procedures
Resolve complex issues to bring invoices to closure by collaborating with other departments
Other incidental duties:Assist in semi-routine administrative projects/tasks and office facilities related tasks
Education and Expericence:
Diploma or equivalent 6 years years experience of related experience required
Other: in Some college coursework Preferred
Excellent computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to convey instructions and training, and effectively persuade to drive achievement of objectives
Able to read, comprehend, write and speak English
Experience with basic project management preferred
Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to brand standards
Full knowledge of business systems (e.g., CVENT, TAP, ECLM (Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management), Concur, Travel Request Processing)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
Ability to prioritize competing objectives in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail
Knowledge of and adherence to EW policies and procedures
