Edwards Lifesciences Sr Prod Mgr, Marketing (JAPAC) in Kuala Lumpur BSC, Malaysia
Review corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line and generate JAPAC appropriate marketing plans and campaigns in partnership with JAPAC countries.
Build up robust market data and analysis, lead market research as needed and keep close track of market intelligence across the region in conjunction with country marketing team.
Develop marketing messages in collaboration with JAPAC country marketing teams based on global strategies, regional market dynamics, knowledge of current literature, current competitive environment, and regulatory/legal requirements for major product launches.
Develop product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies for major product launches.
Collaborate with regional and global team cross functions to support country specific requirement for product launch and growth of existing business.
Assist in managing JAPAC capital portfolio and lifecycle for specific product line in partnership with country / regional marketing and with alignment of global strategy.
Lead regional initiative campaigns execution in Japan market and co-lead major product launch in Japan with country marketing (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition)
Serve as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of eight (8) years of marketing experience is required. Marketing experience should be within the medical device area for a minimum of 3 years.
Bachelor degree with major in medicine / science / biotech / bioengineering / business / marketing related discipline, MBA definitely an advantage.
Must have strong analytical and financial skills with a demonstrated ability to understand competition and industry trends.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are a must. Ability to foster and develop effective internal and external business relationships is essential.
Requires exceptional leadership, presentation and communication skills; strong organization skills; and ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc..) are required.
