Lead market analytics for the JAPAC THV organization:
Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection through CRM that will enable the collection of market data which subsequently will be summarized in data visualization software (Tableau)
Develop and update Dashboards showing both market and marketing dynamics on Tableau
Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results
Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable
Attend staff meetings in order to provide management with proposals and information on market dynamics
Strategy Planning Process and Monthly Tracking:
Contribute analysis to the strategic planning process including analysis of strategic drivers in the interventional cardiology market for each individual country in JAPAC
Contribute analysis to the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Monthly Market Analysis
Partner with JAPAC THV Marketing Professionals to:
Conduct research regarding marketing strategies while collaborating with local and regional marketing professionals
Have a good understand of local marketing activities and interventional cardiology market dynamics
Analyze current marketing campaigns and their effects on market dynamics. This includes analyzing market growth resulting from market development campaigns and market share changes resulting from product marketing campaigns.
Analyze digital marketing campaigns, including information from websites and emailing (return on investments, costs per click/acquisition, click through rates/open rates, key performance indicators)
2-4 years of finance/market analysis/marketing analysis experience Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Strong Power Point, Excel and Tableau skills Experience in healthcare industry, preferred
Self-driven, strategic mind, open, energetic, and positive attitude Strong project management, multi-tasking & analytical skills Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Willing and able to travel as required (expect 20%+) Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strong thoughtful Communication skills across multiple cultures building strong relationships Excited and willing to take on a challenge and learn greatly through the experience
Bachelor required Master/MBA preferred English required
