Edwards Lifesciences Senior Product Manager I - JAPAC Critical Care in Irvine, California
As the Senior Product Manager I, JAPAC Critical Care Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the JAPAC region to manage product pipeline and portfolio management. You will work with the upstream project team to speed up product launches within the JAPAC region. Support JAPAC on regional specific projects for new product launches. Support JAPAC countries on market analysis and market intelligence.
Lead JAPAC pipeline and launch cadence in partnership with global marketing and global cross functions. Bridge global pipeline strategy to JAPAC region and assure robust execution in conjunction with country BU / Marketing
Work closely with upstream project team to optimize speed to market in JAPAC region
Lead JAPAC country specific projects in partnership global PMO, operation team, BU RA, label and GSC to assure launch readiness in JAPAC countries
Product management of assigned product lines in JAPAC region in partnership with country BU / marketing
Gauge market potential of new innovations, work with JAPAC countries to study market dynamics, build up robust market data, collect voice of customer and provide analysis
Bachelor’s degree with major in medicine, science, biotech, bioengineering, business, or marketing discipline
A minimum of eight (8) years of marketing experience within the medical device industry is required
Must have demonstrated experience in product management, product pipeline, and portfolio management
Experience in both upstream and downstream marketing, new product launches, and developing launch plans strongly preferred
Demonstrated strong project management skill
Ability to work with global and country cross functions to drive JAPAC regional specific projects and achieve desired business goals
Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, market research, and analysis
Strong analytical and financial skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze market potential and size, competition and industry trends
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to work in a team environment, working closely with global cross functions and JAPAC country marketing & sales team
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and investigative skills
