The Sr. IT BSA, Sales will serve as the key point of contact for the US THV (Transcatheter Heart Valve) sales force. As the Sr. IT BSA, you will be responsible for empowering the sales team by supporting, enhancing and maintaining sales technical tools and applications.
IT engagement partner with US THV Sales Operations functions.
Responsible for providing business systems analysis services (analyze, define, troubleshoot, design, test, deliver, maintain) for sales technical tools and sales applications for US THV sales, including mobile and PC based applications.
Lead efforts to gather requirements by assessing business needs and work closely with the business and technical teams in documenting, developing, proposing and implementing sales applications.
Define and manage project tasks, requirements gathering and process mapping activities, system validations, data reporting, application and tool-set trouble shooting, application test plan development and testing.
Empower users and super-users (by training and performing knowledge transfer) to leverage US THV Sales technical tools and applications.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US THV Sales Operations business processes and serve as liaison between US THV Sales Operations, Finance, and IT.
Day-to-day basic troubleshooting field support (in lieu of Service Desk) for Edwards’ devices including, but not limited to, Surface Pro laptops, iPads, mobile phones, USB drives, Bluetooth scanners, etc., as well as each device’s respective Operations Systems and installed software.
Sales system admin and point-of-contact for the sales organization to ensure proper configuration of field user access or troubleshooting.
Assist with logging and tracking IT service tickets, as needed, on behalf of the field to ensure timely execution.
Help create technical field support documentation such as step-by-step instructional guides, FAQs, and other self-service reference tools targeted towards US THV Sales users.
Clearly and effectively communicate with end-users and other technical resources both verbally and in writing; specify software fixes; author requirements and specifications documentation; perform functional testing of software changes; follow sound software change management principals; and assist on IT related projects for US THV Sales.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
6+ years of experience as a BSA, specifically supporting sales processes within in a complex, matrixed and global business environment.
Experience working with sales applications such as custom mobility applications and Salesforce.com.
Proven functional knowledge of sales operations, field sales force, finance, procurement and inventory.
Experience working with technical sales tools such as Laptops, Surface Pros, VPN, and Office 365 for basic troubleshooting.
Ability to read, write and edit SQL queries.
Experience working and trouble-shooting system interfaces.
Technical knowledge of reporting tools such as Qlik, Tableau and Power BI.
Strong working knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP (experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors.)
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Medical device industry experience.
Experience working with and supporting ERP sales and inventory applications.
