The Sr. Analyst, Global Strategy, is a unique opportunity in the Edward's TMTT (Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies) organization. We are looking for a hands-on candidate who will play a key role in developing and analyzing a core fact base to inform TMTT’s strategic initiatives including portfolio reviews, annual strategic planning, and market modeling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and evolution of TMTT’s global market models for Mitral and Tricuspid disease

  • Establish and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards that visually represent key data for TMTT’s strategic decision making

  • Lead the data analytics capability within TMTT strategy to uncover strategic insights, and help objectively answer key strategic questions

  • Integrate findings from research and other analyses into the annual strategic planning process, which establishes the business imperatives for the organization

  • Develop systems to support accurate and efficient monthly reporting of key performance metrics

  • Develop presentations and tools to clearly communicate strategic insights to an executive audience

  • Perform additional primary and secondary research as required to answer key business questions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in in science, engineering, finance, statistics or related field, with 4 years previous experience in an analytical, strategic marketing, or business consulting role required

Additional Skills:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in MBA Preferred

  • Proficiency with setup and maintenance of business intelligence platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, etc…)

  • Strong analytical and financial skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and dissect markets, competition and industry trends.

  • Self-motivated and self-actuating with an ability to rapidly learn who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment

  • Familiarity working with databases of information

  • Strong data visualization and presentation skills

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into high-level strategic messaging

  • Demonstrated cross functional work experience

  • Good time management and organizational ability

  • Passionate about patient unmet needs and developing therapies to address them

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience in medical device, biotech or health care is strongly preferred.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including the ability to work with vendors and project stakeholders

  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
