Edwards Lifesciences Marketing Operations Representative, THV Brand Marketing in Irvine, California

The Transcatheter Heart Valve team at Edwards Lifesciences is looking for a Marketing Operations Representative to join their Global Brand team. This Marketing Operations Representative role would work directly with brand management and product managers for the traffic management of all campaigns and communications to our patients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing support on complex programs with high complexity under limited supervision (e.g., expense reporting, travel and venue related event planning, processing invoices)

  • Document and maintain process maps of key activities and ensuring continuous efficiencies in collaboration with other stakeholders from other functions related to the business

  • Develop, deploy, and lead process improvements related business system efficiencies

  • Lead, plan, and execute marketing projects

  • Resolve complex issues to bring invoices to closure by collaborating with other departments

  • Provide coaching and guidance to lower level employees

  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of POs, SOWs, MSAs etc.; Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, to ensure that invoices are processed in an effective and efficient manner

  • Create and execute vendor, new hire, and internal teams on boarding along with strategic series of trainings to ensure that all vendors are up to date with their knowledge of our systems and processes

  • Passionate about integrated and efficient execution with the ability to put metrics and KPIs around task and communicate out on a regular cadence to the organization

  • Propensity to think BIG and inspire others as evidenced by gaining buy in and alignment while also being able to drive to timely and excellent execution

  • Excellent reputation with all stakeholders and partners with the ability to prioritize work according to business needs, communicate clearly and in a timely manner, and identify continued opportunities for efficiencies

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 6 years experience related to project management and marketing required.

  • Experience using databases to generate reports required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a regulated industry referred

  • Excellent computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to convey instructions and training, and demonstrated ability to work with multiple personalities

  • Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to brand standards

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives

  • Ability to prioritize competing objectives in a fast paced environment

  • Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities within deadlines; able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Knowledge of and adherence to EW policies and procedures

  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and external suppliers and vendors

  • Must be able to manage and communicate highly confidential information

  • Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

  • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
