Edwards is looking for a Manager to join us on our HR Transformation journey as a critical member of our HR Solutions team. As an HR Process Innovation and Continuous Improvement lead, you will be responsible for assessing our current state and identifying opportunities to enhance HR service quality, processes, and performance. In this role you’ll collaborate across the HR ecosystem to design and develop user-friendly processes that leverage our recent technology investments including Workday and ServiceNow. To be successful in this role, you will bring external thought leadership, deep insights, and vast experience in HR operations and solution delivery to re-architect how we deliver HR services to our customers.
Our vision for this role:
Identify, design, and implement HR process improvements that align with the HR operating model, elevate the employee experience, and enabling scale
Advocate for global, consistent processes and identify barriers to change
Work with functional leads to identify and validate any regional or local process variations required, as determined by legal and regulatory requirements, to our global HR processes
Lead or participate in change management initiatives, training, and communications to drive increased adoption of new processes, technology, and roles
Facilitate seamless interaction between HR Solutions and other components of the HR operating model (COEs, HRBPs, HR Leadership) with a laser focus on process improvement and enhancing the customer experience
Develop and integrate metrics, or other measures of success, into projects and operations that clearly demonstrate value to the business
Translate process maps into technology requirements, change impacts, and operational documentation (job aids, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles)
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to successfully implement global HR solutions
Identify, define, plan and implement HR projects, initiatives, and activities in the context of our broader HR strategy and prioritized roadmap
Provide benchmark and qualitative input into the evaluation of HR functional and business needs to develop improvement opportunities and deliver solutions to effectively meet HR customer needs
10+ years Human Resources experience in a global, matrixed organization
5+ years of process improvement experience within the HR function
Proven project management leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Workday Business Processes
Experience with Case Management Systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated success with integrated process design and the ability to drive efficiency and scale without jeopardizing the employee experience
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management, to achieve program results through others
Ability to listen to stakeholders, discover unmet needs, develop strong rapport with audience, and be customer-focused.
Ability to develop peer, cross functional and cross business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness
Ability to effectively collaborate and build strong relationships with HR stakeholders and business leaders
