Edwards Lifesciences Global Rep, Asset Management (Maximo) in Irvine, California

Position Summary:

Provide a seamless and positive experience for all Maximo System users, e.g., Custodians, Technicians, and Approvers by assisting in Maximo enhancements and upgrades globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in enhancing and improving Maximo:

  • Investigate possible improvements to Maximo

  • Test proposed changes

  • Create KPIs, dashboards and reports

  • Assist with Integrations to other systems

  • Create Training material and Deliver Training

  • Resolve moderately complex systems issues ad trouble shoot issues

  • Provide ongoing auditing of data to ensure high-level of data quality and integrity, as well as propose solutions for, and execute data clean-up efforts. Implement Mass Data Changes.

  • Provide end-users with assistance as it pertains to running reports or provide back-end reporting support during a regulatory audit

  • Create and process ECRs in Ignite. Assist in re-writing Step Guides for Maximo upgrades and future enhancements of Maximo

Minimum Requirement:

  • H.S. Diploma

  • Minimum of three years of advanced (Pivot Tables, V-lookup, Charts, Graphs, etc.) Excel experience required.

  • Minimum of two years of reporting experience (e.g. Crystal, BI tools, Salesforce)

Preferred Skills:

  • Associate degree

  • Experience working in a regulated industry is preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication

  • Good knowledge with a variety of software packages, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook and related CMMS systems experience preferred

  • Must be able to receive and provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

  • High level of self-directed initiative, organizational and recordkeeping skills, and attention to detail, required

  • Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to the CMMS.

  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion

  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

  • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
