TMTT is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease in order to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives. As Product Manager, Global Marketing you will be responsible for the development and execution of the commercial marketing strategy for emerging Edwards TMTT products with a strategic focus on the EU market. You will lead global downstream product marketing activities (launches, campaigns, initiatives) and collaborate closely with our global regional marketing partners and upstream marketing to ensure the market success of TMTT therapies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and drive the execution of commercial, downstream marketing strategies for new products and therapies in partnership with regional sales, marketing and training teams to achieve or exceed business goals.
Collaborate with regional marketing partners to drive globally harmonized and impactful commercial and communication strategies including differentiated value proposition, consistent messaging, and differentiated positioning.
Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure appropriate implementation of commercial strategies.
Devise market research to support products, analyze sales and market trends, and synthesize results into relevant plans.
Create a portfolio of effective marketing tools, targeting Heart Teams as well as referrers and patients.
Track competitive activities, proactively develop key marketing campaigns, and work closely with regional marketing partners to understand evolving and changing market dynamics.
Establish outstanding credibility with regional EW TMTT teams through product, procedural and market knowledge.
A bachelor's degree is required
A minimum of five years of marketing experience required
Experience and knowledge of medical device market environment is required
Domestic and international travel up to 40%
Interventional cardiology experience is strongly preferred
Prior experience working in or with international markets to commercialize medical devices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Possesses good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization in order to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities
Consistently pushes self and others to achieve challenging goals and objectives with a track record of executional successes based on integrity
Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement commercial strategies, convert these into tactical marketing plans and deliver results with a specific emphasis on new product launches
Proven track record in executing multiple product launches
Ability to understand, interpret and manage clinical data from both presentations and publications
Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders through utilization of organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to persuade others of the course of action
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including sales & marketing leadership
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, and multi-functional partners
