Edwards Lifesciences Finance Manager in Irvine, California
To continuously enhance Finance’s role as trusted business partners to the Critical Care organization, we are seeking a Manager, Finance within the Critical Care Finance team in Irvine. This position is an emerging leader that will take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities for our Research and Development (“R&D”) organization. In addition, this position will act as an owner or key contributor for cross functional projects that drive business results.
Lead month-end close, forecasts, AOP, and the multi-year strategic plan for R&D through expense, capital, and headcount planning
Influence and support R&D leadership to analyze and prioritize project spending to align with Critical Care’s strategic imperatives
Build partnerships and collaborate across Critical Care functions and regions in strategic and operational projects to drive business results
Provide management with decision support through ad hoc reporting and analyses
Coach and mentor team members in team-based structure in areas of analytics and operating expense management
Required Experience / Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or Analytics
Ten years (or eight years with a Master's) of Finance/Accounting experience
- MBA, CPA, CMA
