Complete an assignment that delivers an operational model to help IT gain better insight into the level of data quality issues impacting global supply chain and perform data quality business rules/algorithms that can be moved into operations. Improve reporting and insight to Director level IT management and above that is actionable. Surface data quality issues across the entire end to end lifecycle of product/model data thru direct correlation and insight of root cause issues. Read out to the Product Data Council that will drive better insight into IT operations. Partner with Corporate Strategy group and Clinical Care to foster a relationship across other data science talent.
Data Quality Dashboards and Algorithms that surface actionable insight to key business metrics specific to product attributes
Participate in a logical data model design which can be measured using data standards and automated business rules
Understand end to end stakeholders and data flows across the entire product data set-up operations from producers to consumers.
Education and Experience:
Pursuing Bachelor's, Master's Degree, or PhD in computer science, information technology or equivalent are of study.
Currently enrolled as a student for the duration of the Internship project
Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent).
Permanent residency is required
Proficient with SQL and Python Familiar with QA/QC activities and environments using Informatica Data Quality and the Quality Data Lake
Ability to draw credible conclusions and recommendations
Familiar with AWS Platform a plus
Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of processes, procedures and products of assigned area.
Ability to work within a cross-functional team and matrix management structure as part of a key member of the Product Data Governance Council
