We are hiring for an Associate Manager, Global Compensation. Qualified candidates will have subject matter expertise on job analysis, job documentation, and job alignment, and proven success in providing compensation guidance to HR and business leadership teams to accomplish business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Globally analyze all levels of jobs and develop career continuums and job descriptions within assigned functions/areas in collaboration with leaders and business partners. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the job required by the business aligns with the appropriate job level. Act as the resident expert providing consultation to the business and HRBPs.

  • Align jobs globally to the Global Career Framework, determine job level and global job grades, and secure alignment from HR and senior leadership.

  • Design and lead complex portions of global projects (e.g., Global Career Framework (GCF)), including determining objectives and approach.

  • Provide advice and guidance to the business, senior management, and regional business/HR partners globally on complex issues, applying compensation expertise to solve complex challenges that meet business needs and applying sound compensation principles, best practices and appropriate guidelines.

  • Identify and lead special projects/analyses to identify trends, assess impact, analyze alternatives and recommend action plans based on these analyses, best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.

  • Identify, recommend, and lead in the implementation of continuous process improvements.

  • Coordinate work of lower level employees, providing training and direction on work assignments, coaching and feedback, and ensuring work is accurate and meets desired objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • 8+ years of experience including job design and documentation, organizational rationale, FLSA classification, and career continuum development on a wide variety of professions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent (6+ years of experience including job design and documentation, FLSA classification, and career continuum development on a wide variety of professions is required with a Master’s)

  • Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing complex projects

  • Substantial problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skill

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of EW policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to global compensation

  • Substantial negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and interact with all organizational levels

  • Ability to assess risks, analyze complex situations and determine next course of action

  • Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion

  • Ability to exercise judgment in determining approach to manager meetings and how best to modify approach and direction to get alignment and buy-in before reaching a solution

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, assigned client group(s), senior leadership, and key contacts representing the organization on contracts or projects

  • Strict attention to detail
