Edwards Lifesciences Sr Engineer in Haina, Dominican Republic
Description/ Role Purpose
This position is responsible to plan, coordinate and deliver every project on time within budget and scope. While overseeing and documenting all other key aspects of the project (deadlines, resources, risk, communication, progress of project).
Job Functions
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Track project performance using the systems and tools available.
Measure and Report defined KPI
Escalate to management as needed.
Document lessons learned
Manage key stakeholders:
Communicate properly
Manage expectation.
Collaborate with other Project Management and anticipate conflicts.
Create and maintain standard project documentation.
Perform risk management to minimize project impact.
Follow and enhance the project management process and practice
Education / Experience
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related Field. 10 years plus of experience in Project Management.
PMP or CAPM Certification
Required skills
Demonstrated Experience Leading Several Projects and Programs.
Project Management tools expertise - PMBOK expertise.
Facilitator Skills.
Fully Bilingual.
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
Strict attention to detail.
Ability to train, coach and provide guidance to others.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to influence cross site/cross functional activities.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
